Welcome to the payment and cancellation policy (the "Policy") for DentalSenders.com. This Policy describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services available under the domain and sub-domains of http://www.dentalsenders.com (the "Site") and the general principles for the websites of our subsidiaries and international affiliates. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Policy, do not use or access our services.

We may amend this Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. Except as stated below, all amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on the Site. In addition, we will notify you in accordance with your Notification Preferences. This Agreement may not be otherwise amended except in a writing signed by you and DentalSenders.com. This Policy is effective upon acceptance in registration for new registering users, and is otherwise effective on May 1st, 2008 for all users.

1. Payment Policy.
   DentalSenders.com charges a monthly service fee in accordance with the subscription package that you register for. Fees are charged on the monthly anniversary date, each month, commencing on the date you first register with DentalSenders.com. Additional fees incurred as a result of using additional or optional services will be accrued and invoiced along with the monthly subscription fee on the monthly anniversary date, each month, within the month that the additional service completed in. We may change our Fees and Services Policy and the fees for our services from time to time at our discretion. Our changes to the policy are effective immediately upon notice of the changes by posting the changes on the Site. However, we may choose to temporarily change our Fees and Services Policy and the fees for our services for promotional events (i.e. promotional discounts) and such changes are effective when we post the temporary promotional event on the Site. We may in our sole discretion change some or all of our services at any time. In the event we introduce a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars ($). You are responsible for paying all fees associated with using our service and the Site and all applicable taxes.


2. Cancellation Policy.
   You may, at any time, cancel your registered service account with DentalSenders.com. There is no predetermined term of enrollment or requirement that must be met. There is no "cancellation fee" that will be charged to your account as a result of cancellation.

   To cancel your account, log into the Site, access the "My Account" section and click on the "Cancel My Account" button. Accept any displayed notices and click enter. NOTE: Cancelling your account will initiate the following events:
   

   1. Settlement of Outstanding Account Balances. Your account will be charged any and all outstanding and/or additional fees associated with your account that have been invoiced up to the date of cancellation. Your account will also be charged your established account service fees for the entirety of the current billing cycle of service within which you are cancelling. We do not offer a pro-rated or discounted rate of service for account cancellations.
   
   
   2. Service Termination. Your account will be terminated immediately and you will be exited from the Site. YOU WILL NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THE SITE OR ACCESS TO ANY PERSONAL DATA ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR CANCELLED ACCOUNT. We recommend that you retrieve this information prior to cancelling your account.



3. Refund Policy.
   DentalSenders.com does not offer a refund policy of any kind. You are free to cancel your account at any time. Any oustanding fees will be charged to your account at the time of cancellation (as stated in the Cancellation Policy). For more information, please refer to our User Agreement.
