The friendliness of the staff is very important to me. It makes one feel at ease. Nicole is great at telling you what is happening as it happens. This is great at easing anxiety. Of course, the office and music is very nice.

This dentist office is the first one that I have been to in over twenty years that really likes people and are committed to great customer service. You listen and then respond with an genuine answer. This makes me feel at ease, which is lacking in most business. Keep up the good job...

The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very soothing. Dr. Botts is very thorough and explains all procedures in detail. The free hand treatments and massaging chairs are a nice bonus.

I REALLY ENJOYED ALL OF THE PAMPERING FOR RELAXATION AND THE TIME THE DENTIST SPENT WITH ME PERSONALLY. IT WAS NOT ONE OF THOSE TOO FAMILIAR VISITS WERE THE DENTIST COMES IN THEN THEIR GONE. A VERY RELAXED SETTING WITH A PLEASANT STAFF. I ENJOYED EVERYTHING ABOUT MY VISIT, EVEN THE LONG DRIVE---IT GAVE ME A CHANCE TO SEE NEW SCENERY.
I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL MY NEXT VISIT.

Everything was SO MODERN. I have never seen such in other offices. The staff is very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Dr Botts made me feel at ease and gave great advice. I'm glad I found the DENTAL SPA.

The ambience of Botts Dental spa is premier. The staff was very friendly, thoughtful, and professional. You were engaged from the moment you entered the front door. The experience was extremely different from your traditional dental office. From the personalized servcies, gentle hand wax treatment to the massaging dental chair, Botts Dental Spa certainly exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this service to everyone!
