Dental Senders works by installing a small application, named Dental Senders Concierge®, onto the server in your practice where your existing practice manangement system currently resides. Once installed, the Concierge® automatically performs it's tasks as scheduled without any user intervention. You simply "set it and forget it".

After each successfull task completion, you are notified by an email report with a complete delivery history sent to you in real time. All records are also stored within your account for historical review at any time.

Security & Network Operations
Security is not something Dental Senders takes lightly. To put your fears at ease, consider how we work:
  • No patient information is ever sold to, seen by or accessed by anyone other than your practice. Patient data belongs to your practice, not to us in any way whatsoever.
  • We own our entire network; every server, every piece of software, everything. We do not allow anyone else to 'manage' or view any piece of our network.
  • All data sent between your practice and our network is sent over an SSL encrypted connection - the industry standard for secure communications.
  • All sensitive data relating to your account is fully encrypted using military grade encryption (NOTE: for security reasons, we will never divulge which pieces of information is encrypted or how).
  • There is no 'master key' to unlock encrypted information. Not even our internal personnel have this access.
  • All of our servers are redundant, backed up nightly and stored both on-site and off-site in a data center that generates it's own power supply, requires ID access to enter the building and pin codes to enter the server units.
