Very friendly environment. I like that a quote of costs is provided upfront and before the next visit. We have been taken advantage of in the past on that end where we were quoted one thing and then received a bill in the mail later. Really like the work that Jorge Rico performed on my teeth! I finally feel like I have found my long term dentist again (my prior dentist retired 5 years ago and have been unhappy ever since with the experiences I have had!)

I arrived 40 minutes early for my appointment and was in and out before my actual scheduled appt. You definately set the standards in service. Past experinces with other dental offices , I would usually sit for an hour before getting in for my appt. Thanks for the courtesy and service you give there at your facility. It is appreciated! I think it is really important to have a clean facility due to the fact that semi-surgical procedures are done in dental offices posing a possility of nosocomial infections. Your office is not only really clean but very up to date as far as your equipment.

I love the excellent customer service. Marianna always greets us with a smile, helps however she can, and keeps us up to date as to when we need appointments. I also like how we know in advance exactly how much something is going to cost; there are no hidden fees or surprises. I have had fear about dentistry most of my life. It wasn't bad with my other doctor himself. I guess it was with the staff. They were very concerned with the money aspect of the business. With Rico Dental the entire staff including the dr. gave me a great deal of comfort about working on my dentures. I have felt more relaxed and everyone @ the office have been excellent, so excellent that I have done nothing but recommened all my family and friends to switch because of the caring by the off

Your office is professional, clean, up-to- date with the latest and greatest (TV). I would like it even better if you explained each step as you go in your procedures. We can't really see what you are doing, so if you explain a bit more;it would be nicer and more comfortable. Everything is still excellent in my opinion.

This is by far the best dental office I have every visited. The ladies in the front office were very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable about my insurance benefits. The doctor's assistant was sweet and professional. Dr. Rico was attentive and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The office itself makes me feel like I am at home. Excellent practice!

friendly atmosphere

The front office receptionist is the "BEST" she has great customer service!!!!!! The back office staff including Dr. Rico have great patience and the best doctor is the best dentist that i have ever gone to. I will never change my dentist to any other doctor.
